BOOKING INFORMATION
· See below for dates when house is available for rent (as well as daily rental rates) and use the "Email Us"
tab to request a booking or ask any questions you have.
· Minimum stay rules - School holidays and Summer holidays (3 nights), other weekends (1 night).
· 25% deposit required to secure booking.
· Check in from 2:00 pm onwards. Check out by 11:00 am.
· You can elect to clean the house yourself prior to checking out or make arrangements with us to have the
house cleaned by our cleaner at an additional cost of $60 (excludes BBQ clean - this will be your
responsibility).
· Please set the alarm when you check out at the end of your stay.
*** Note that guests must bring their own tea towels, bath and beach towels, sheets and pillow cases.
